We provide everything your office trailer needs to operate: water supply (Water Box), waste management (Waste Box), power generation (generators and fuel tanks), restroom and shower trailers, interior packages (office, breakroom, conference room), and site security (solar surveillance trailers). One vendor, one quote, one service schedule.
We deploy equipment anywhere in the continental United States. Our direct service covers Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado. For all other locations, we source and deliver through our national logistics network of vetted partners.
Yes — that is exactly how we work. Most customers need water, waste, and power at minimum. Tell us about your site and we will recommend a complete package with one delivery, one invoice, and one service schedule.
Fleet equipment is units we own and operate directly — we control the exact specs, maintenance, and condition. Network equipment is sourced through our national logistics network of vetted partner companies. Both receive the same level of service and support.
Standard delivery is 1-2 weeks for planned projects. Emergency deployment is available in 24-48 hours for disaster response and urgent needs. Tell us your timeline and we will confirm availability.
Water & Waste
A Water Box is a self-contained 660-gallon fresh water supply on a towable trailer. It connects to your office trailer, restroom, or shower via standard garden hose and includes a 12V demand pump with battery backup. For sites without city water hookup.
A Waste Box provides 660 gallons of additional waste holding capacity on a towable trailer. It connects via 3-inch cam-lock fittings and includes a 12V transfer pump. Reduces pump-out frequency on high-traffic sites.
A Complete Box combines fresh water supply (330 gal) and waste holding (330 gal) in a single towable unit. It eliminates the need for any site plumbing hookups — water in and waste out, all in one trailer.
Yes. Water Boxes are daisy-chain capable. Connect multiple units in series to increase fresh water storage capacity without additional infrastructure.
Power & Fuel
A single office trailer with HVAC, lighting, and electronics typically needs a 20-25 kW generator. Multi-trailer sites with restrooms and support equipment need 30-40 kW. Full site compounds with multiple offices, restrooms, and heavy equipment need 50 kW or larger. We size it for you based on your equipment list.
Yes. On long-term rentals, we can include fuel delivery service. We also provide on-site fuel storage tanks (250 and 500 gallon) to extend generator runtime between fuel deliveries.
EPA SPCC regulations require secondary containment for fuel and oil storage over certain thresholds. Our containment berms provide compliant secondary containment for generators and fuel tanks. We recommend them for all generator and fuel tank deployments.
Restroom & Shower
We provide 2, 4, 8, and 10-stall restroom trailers. All feature flushing porcelain toilets, running hot and cold water, climate control, and hands-free fixtures. ADA-compliant configurations are available.
Yes. All restroom trailers meet or exceed OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 sanitation requirements for construction sites. We provide compliance documentation on request.
Yes. We offer 8-stall shower trailers in private (individual locking doors) and flex (open room) configurations. Continuous on-demand hot water and climate control. Ideal for construction crews, workforce camps, and disaster response.
Interior Packages
Three packages: Basic Office (desks, chairs, power, lighting, HVAC), Breakroom/Kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, seating), and Conference Room (meeting table for 8-12, TV/projector, whiteboard, distributed power).
Yes. Our standard packages cover most needs, but we can add or modify items based on your requirements. Tell us what you need and we will build a custom package quote.
Site Security
Solar panels charge onboard batteries that power PTZ cameras, LED flood lights, and 4G/5G cellular connectivity 24/7. A telescoping mast (20-25 feet) provides wide site coverage. You monitor live feeds and receive alerts via smartphone app. No external power hookup required.
Pricing & Contracts
Pricing depends on the equipment mix, rental duration, delivery location, and service frequency. Longer rentals have lower per-day rates. Contact us for a custom quote — we will recommend the right configuration and give you a clear price.
Five main factors: (1) equipment type and quantity, (2) rental duration, (3) delivery distance from nearest fleet location, (4) service frequency, and (5) whether you need fuel delivery. Longer rentals and closer locations bring the per-day cost down.
Yes. All rentals include scheduled service visits — pumping, cleaning, fresh water refill, and restocking. Service frequency is matched to your usage. Emergency service is also included at no extra charge.
Yes, we require a security deposit before delivery. The deposit is refundable at the end of your rental, less any damage beyond normal wear. Deposit amount depends on the equipment rented.
Setup & Delivery
You need a level, firm surface (gravel, asphalt, or concrete) large enough for the equipment plus delivery truck access. Power hookup within 50 feet if not using a generator. Water hookup if not using a Water Box. We handle all equipment connection and leveling.
Delivery and setup typically take 2-4 hours depending on the equipment package. We deliver, level, connect power and water, test all systems, and walk your site contact through the operation. Standard lead time is 1-2 weeks.
Yes. We scale equipment up or down as your project evolves. Need to add a restroom trailer or upgrade your generator? We handle delivery and integration with your existing setup. No penalties for adjusting.
Service & Maintenance
Service frequency depends on usage. Typical schedules are weekly or bi-weekly for restrooms and water/waste equipment. Generators are serviced based on runtime hours. We match the schedule to your actual usage.
Each service visit covers waste pump-out, fresh water refill, restroom cleaning and sanitizing, consumable restocking (soap, paper, etc.), generator oil and filter checks, and general equipment inspection. Everything is included in your rental rate.
Yes. Active rentals include 24/7 emergency support. If a generator fails, a tank overflows, or any issue disrupts site operations, call our emergency line and we will dispatch a technician.
